The second step in building your voter contact program is providing you with a written proposal that meets the specifications of what you requested in the strategy session.
In the strategy session, we listen and we ask solid questions so we can synthesize what you’re looking for in our written proposal. Our typical proposal is a 3-5 page document that outlines the scope of the voter contact program you requested, lists the concrete deliverables needed to achieve that program and then provides transparent and easy-to-understanding pricing information for the project.
Once we come to an agreement on the proposal, all parties to the proposal will sign the agreement to memorialize the terms of the voter contact program.
